David J. Wilson
David is a partner with Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group. David graduated cum laude from Arizona State University’s College of Law and clerked for the Honorable Daniel Barker of the Arizona Court of Appeals before completing his LL.M. in taxation at New York University.
David practiced in estate planning in Arizona before moving to Boise. David’s practice centers on asset protection and on helping seniors navigate the financial maze that is long term care. David is a VA-Certified Attorney and also helps veterans navigate the benefits provided by the Veteran’s Administration.
In his spare time David enjoys basketball, walks with his wife and reading. However, David chose several years ago to have children instead of spare time. He now enjoys building lego sets and riding bikes with his 9- and 6-year-old boys.
Joshua C.P. Reams
Joshua Reams is an associate attorney with Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group and is actively engaged estate planning and asset protection for seniors. Joshua joined Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group in 2016 after receiving his Juris Doctorate degree from Willamette University College of Law where he graduated as Class Valedictorian. During law school, he was a member of the Willamette Law Review and the Moot Court Board receiving the Bruce Spaulding Award for Trial Advocacy and the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award. Joshua clerked for a Salem firm focusing on elder law and business litigation while also externing at Willamette’s Trusts and Estates Clinic and a local estate planning and probate firm. Joshua is an avid football fan and enjoys spending time with his wife. When he is not perusing statutes, he is trying to keep up with his 8 month old son and their two year old Labrador, Moose.

Peter C. Sisson
Pete is of counsel to Ahrens DeAngeli Law Group. Pete is an elder law attorney and a Board-Certified Estate Planning Law Specialist by the National Estate Law Specialist Board, Inc., the only estate planning certification entity approved by the American Bar Association and the Idaho State Bar Association.
Pete is an Accredited Estate Planner and an Accredited Veteran Attorney by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the National Care Planning Council, the Boise Estate Planning Council, and the Idaho State Bar Section on Taxation, Probate, and Trust Law.
He has in the past served on the board of directors for numerous local organizations, including the Idaho chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, SunHealth Behavioral Systems (a psychiatric hospital), The Better Way Coalition, The Idaho End of Life Coalition and The Life Care Planning Law Firms Association.
He received his law degree from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis in 1988, graduating Order of the Coif, an honor awarded to those in the top 10% of their class.
